Our extensive training, and our experience of providing psychotherapy for over 10 years has given us tools that allow us to communicate with, and makes changes within, the subconscious mind. And since 90% of our mind is not conscious, this can be very powerful.

We provide services based on the client’s needs, preference, and goals, and use powerful tools and techniques which clients can also use themselves to gain control of their lives.
Prices are: $125 per session for individual, couples, and family sessions. We do provide discounts, and special deals.
Our couples and family therapy sessions are highly effective when working with both Mahastee and Arash together. These sessions cost $150. We also accept insurances, please read below.

Biography
Arash Shahangian M.A., M.F.T., C.Ht, N.L.P, and Mahastee Mehdizadeh M.S.,M.F.T., C.Ht, N.L.P are a husband and wife team that have built the practice Forward Life together since 2006.
“We are both Licensed Psychotherapists, and have had over 10 years experience providing therapy for people of different ages for a variety of issues. We both have a lot of experience helping others and specialize in different areas based on our expertise. "
Due to our desire to help people succeed and gain results quickly we pursued Hypnotherapy and received extensive training in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistics Programming, and Imagery and became certified Hypnotherapists from Hypnosis Motivation Institute. Since then we have built our practice providing Life Coaching in combination of a variety of tools such as hypnotherapy to produce amazing results. We work very well together and make a powerful combination. We provide relationship counseling/coaching together. We also provide individual sessions in which clients can choose to work with each or either of us.
